Welcome to Opnr ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using Opnr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Opnr is an AI-powered conversation assistant designed to help users craft engaging messages for dating and social interactions. Our Service provides:

• AI-generated conversation starters and replies
• Message improvement suggestions
• Profile feedback and bio suggestions
• Meme generation for dating contexts
• Conversation continuation assistance

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Opnr. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and, if applicable, have obtained the necessary parental consent.

3.2 Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Email Verification

You must verify your email address to access all Service features. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unverified email addresses.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Free Credits

New users receive initial free credits upon email verification. Weekly free credits refresh automatically. Free credits may require viewing advertisements.

4.2 Premium Credits

Premium credits can be purchased through Google Play In-App Purchases on Android devices or the App Store on iOS devices. Premium credits provide ad-free generation.

All purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase through the respective store. After this period, purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or store policies.

4.3 Credit Usage

Credits are consumed when generating AI content. Different features cost different amounts of credits based on complexity. Credits do not expire while the service remains available. Unused credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law. Credits are non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You May

• Use AI-generated content for personal dating and social interactions
• Share generated content on dating platforms and social media
• Customize and modify generated suggestions

5.2 You May Not

• Use the Service for harassment, spam, or abusive messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share or resell your account or credits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Input content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Use the Service to impersonate others or create fake profiles

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide helpful suggestions, we make no guarantees about the effectiveness of AI-generated content. Results may vary based on context and individual circumstances.

6.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use
• Ensuring content is appropriate for your specific situation
• How you use generated content in your communications
• Any consequences resulting from using generated content

6.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your input and any modified AI-generated content. We retain ownership of the Service and our AI models.

7. Privacy and Data

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Opnr and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective
• Any errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPNR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Change credit costs and pricing
• Update features and functionality
• Impose usage limits

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@op-nr.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Opnr regarding the Service.
