How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Opnr account directly from within the app:
- Open the Opnr app on your device
- Go to your Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Your account deletion request will be processed immediately.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Account Information: Your email address, user ID, and authentication credentials
- Content: All prompts, messages, and conversations you've created
- Generated Images: All AI-generated images associated with your account
- Credits: All remaining free and premium credits
- Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases and transactions
- Usage Data: All analytics and usage statistics tied to your account
- Device Information: Registered device tokens and push notification settings
Data Retention Period
Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. This retention period allows us to:
- Process any pending transactions or refunds
- Complete any ongoing operations
- Maintain backup integrity during scheduled backup cycles
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
What Happens After Deletion
- You will be immediately logged out of the app
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- All your data will be queued for permanent deletion
- You will lose access to all purchased credits and content
- This action cannot be reversed or undone
Data We May Retain
For legal, security, and business purposes, we may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you, including:
- Anonymized usage statistics for improving our services
- Transaction records required for financial auditing (stored separately without personal identifiers)
- Data required to comply with legal obligations

Change Your Mind?
If you change your mind after deleting your account, you can create a new account at any time. However, you will not be able to recover any data from your deleted account.
